L'Oréal: Beauty Shaker Awards
For this annual internal competition L’Oréal USA employees craft innovative ideas to share with Senior Management and a panel of industry experts. It's a compelling platform through which employees share ideas, present proposals, gain feedback and even see projects to fruition if chosen as winners. TAG has been there from the beginning of this competition -- having created the launch for Beauty Shakers. Each year, the agency runs an exciting and aspirational awards ceremony featuring a celebrity guest host. Finalists’ ideas are communicated through engaging individual videos and visually exciting presentations.
The contest was launched to inspire employee participation for new ideas to “shake up” the beauty category and improve the business process and results. The success of the US program inspired its global expansion.
